About the Project

An EV infrastructure company approached Mefron to manufacture ruggedised enclosures and chassis for their public EV charging stations. The project required IP67-rated weather-proof plastic housings combined with powder-coated sheet metal chassis — all designed and tooled in-house. Mefron's tool room designed the injection mould, managed production tooling, and delivered enclosures with tight dimensional tolerances for reliable outdoor deployment.
